It works like this - you enter, we then give you postcards (or an email template) to send to all your customers from the past two years. (Well, the happy ones, anyway!) They visit this website, review your service and post a comment about you. The five finalists (and winners) are chosen on the basis of this customer feedback.

You need to ENTER the Awards before your customers can vote for you.
To be eligible for entry in the Wrapit Awards you must:
Have offices or an outlet within England or Wales.
Supply the wedding industry in one of the 16 categories above.
If appropriate, you may enter in more than one category. Entries can only
be taken from Individual stores or locations. An entry
from a chain will not
be eligible.
Demonstrate the following within your business:
Outstanding service
Excellent product quality
Great value for money
The willingness to go that extra mile
Have £75 in your bank account ('cos that's what it costs).

FINAL CLOSING DATE FOR ENtrIES - Wednesday 14th November 2007

Once we have received your entry form and payment, we will send you
a confirmation e-mail/letter and your Wrapit Awards entry pack. This will
include postcards (and an email template) for you to send to past
customers encouraging them to vote for you on the Awards website.

It?s now time to get in touch with your customers!
Reviews will only be accepted from married couples whose wedding took
place during 2006 and 2007*.
* To ensure authenticity, a selection of reviews will be checked. If a review is found to be fraudulent, the supplier will automatically be eliminated from the awards for five years.

All reviews must be received by Friday 23rd November 2007.
Each company will be given a preliminary 'score' based on the average
marks and customer comments.
The judges will select five finalists per category for each of the three regional
finals. These will be announced in December 2007 and surprise site visits
will then be made.
The judging panel will select one regional winner per category and these
will be announced at each of the regional awards champagne receptions
in January 2008.
The regional winners in each category will automatically be entered into
the National Final and the judges will base their decision on
the customer reviews

The national winners will be announced at a fabulous National Awards
Ceremony dinner to be held during February 2008.
The judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
