Entries from companies must be received by close of business on 14th November 2007.
Companies submitting an entry must have offices or an outlet within England or Wales.
Companies submitting an entry must select the regional final (North, Midlands, South) which they are eligible to enter – see map for regional breakdown.
Companies entering must supply the wedding industry in one of the following 16 categories:
* Individual stores must enter. An entry from a chain will not be eligible.
** Companies supplying a product or service, not falling into the above categories but which add a little extra to the wedding day (For example: favours, chocolate fountains, children’s activities etc.)
All companies submitting an entry must pay a £75 entry fee, per category entered (i.e. one category = £75, two categories = £150).
Companies submitting an entry for a regional award accept that regional winners will automatically be entered in the Wrapit Awards National Final.
Companies submitting an entry agree to expect a site visit from the judges, if required.
Wrapit reserves the right to decline entry to any company not meeting the above entry criteria.
The judges’ decision is final.
Customer reviews must be received by the close of business on 23rd November 2007.
Reviews will only be accepted from married couples whose wedding took place during 2006 and 2007. If any review is found to be fraudulent, the supplier will automatically be eliminated from the Awards for the next five years.
Reviews will only be accepted from couples that have used the service they are reviewing.
Wrapit reserves the right to decline entry to any reviewer not meeting the above voting criteria.
Access to entry details will be restricted to the organisers and judging panel.
Contact information collected from both wedding suppliers and their reviewers will not be passed on to any third parties.
